The Alixa Flexibility Method is a syllabus designed to develop students’ flexibility, body awareness and strength. This curriculum has been developed over 20 years and incorporates physiotherapy, sports medicine, and expertise from circus, gymnastics, ballet, acrobatics, fitness, pilates and contortion.
Alixa focuses on safe flexibility progressions with an emphasis on technique, alignment and strength.
In this stretch class, your dancer will need 2 yoga blocks, a mat, and a yoga strap in order to support their training.
